Call-24 is UFCU's audio teller system that allows you to obtain your account balances
and make financial transactions via a touch-tone phone. You can even transfer funds
to another member's account.

UFCU's Call-24 is one easy to remember phone number…877-533-2848. This free service
provides you with 24 hour-a-day, 7 days-a-week access to your account. You can inquire
about your account balances, make withdrawals, transfer funds or make loan payments.

Your account is safe and secure.  Call-24 requires the use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Fax the PIN application form to the Credit Union at 201-871-8046. As soon as we enter your PIN into our computer you will be able to use Call-24.

• Call-24 phone number…877-533-2848 or dial x 4405 at the Englewood Cliffs complex.

• Your UFCU account number.

• Your secure PIN.

• Your account suffixes (sub-account numbers, for example 00, 90, 09, etc.)
