Will the Electronic Statements be transferred to the new system?
Yes, you will be able to access your electronic statements through online banking. No need to access a separate site.
What will change for current Electronic Statement users
Our eStatements will be available through online banking. Current eStatement users will not have to re-enroll.
Our upgrade will also provide added layers of security for our members and our credit union.
What will not change for you
Your Login and Passwords for Online/Mobile Banking will remain the same.
How can we best prepare for this upgrade and conversion?
Take care of special transactions before September 30th. Services will not be available during the upgrade: Monday, September 30th through Tuesday, October 1st.
The office will be closed Tuesday, October 1st, visit our office for any transaction before September 30th. Services will resume Tuesday, October 2nd. Our priority is to ensure that you are prepared and aware of the upgrade and conversion.
